Running Lights not working

I have an 05 Busa with a UFO Undertail.

I was riding it last night when the Rear(tail) running lights went out(another rider was nice enough to let me know). The Brake, Turn, and 4-Way lights still work, so it doesn't appear to be a fuse.

does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

I'm not familiar with the UFO, but I'm thinking it has an intergrated LED system. Chech your wiring to the control box both in and out. It may have a bad box. If it doesn't have intergraded lights still check the wiring. Good luck.
