I used a spare rubber tool pouch strap. I cut a strip about 3/16" by the length of the strap (minus the fat ends of course. I used a grinding wheel to taper or ramp each end, and then using GOOP automotive adhesive, I glued the strip to the throttle. You have to use something to secure the rubber to the throttle while the adhesive is setting, I found some spring steel.
The mod almost makes the throttle a 1/4 turn but looks stock and nobody can tell, well until they lose!
