Question for Moderators

Why is it, sometimes I can see the Performance Thread, Classified Threads, etc.?  Currently logged in and they are nowhere to be found.

just a guess,but it sounds like yer end...not this one.

If I am logged out, then they are there. But logged in they are nowhere to be found
