problem sending

hi all,
im trying to send pics of my bike up on the site but its saying they are to big?
they are a jpeg but i always used to send them as jpegs what am i doing wrong and how can i correct it?

716k is max file size! also try to keep them 800x600 or less.

Use MGI photo suite and reduce them.

i havnt got down to taking new pics of her yet got alot of custom stuff on.in the garage i got kitching units to sell first before i can get the bike out.havnt seen the bike for ages and to top it off i slipt 2 disks in my back and trapped my right leg nerv so i dunno when i can get her out yet
