Well, the stuff wasnt cheap, but I really needed both products. First I got a Pitbull rear stand, it can accomadate spools, or use the swing arm. First impression of the stand is top notch. Very heavy duty, price was reasonable (140.00 but got it out the door for 120.00). Havent tried to get it on the stand by itself at this point (had my father help me), but I think in time I will get the hang of it by myself. The stand supports the Busa, and my 210Lb rearend...very solid, and glad I purchased.
2nd Item is the Oxford Compact Sports Tankbag...almost fell over when I seen the price of $104.95. Got it out the door for $80.00, and only had it a few hours, but the bag is rich in features. Comes with a storm cover, magnets, detachable to use as a backpack, lots of zippers, 2 see through map pockets / covers, heavy duty cary handle, expandable, and also comes with a lifetime warranty, and fits the Busa perfectly. Im sick of storing garb in the hump area, and since I ride over 8000 miles a year I tend to cary a bit more gear with me than the average rider. This bag is FAB ...and would have paid the original retail price without blinking an eye after really going through the bag. This is not cheap, the materila used for this bag is extremely thick, and the cut of the bag doe not hinder steering, nor effect visual field.
Anyhow, just thought I would give my input on 2 products that I thought I would kick myself for spending so much money on, but I think Im gonna be completely happy that I made the investment.
