Can't get em off. Hot damn it. Can someone please offer some advice as to how im supposed to get these off?

Turning counter clockwise, tried using 3 different Phillips screwdrivers, WD-40 in the cracks, hammer around the ends to loosen things up, nada.

Ok, dont try to unscrew the philips screw. get you a towel and a pair of channel locks...wrap the bar ned with the towel (for protection) and use the channel locks to loosen the whole bar end.

Actually, a rubber canning jar thingy from the kitchen works better than a towel and pliers. But any means of twisting the bar end at the same time as using a #3 Philips head will give you the results you're looking for.

Wow, just succeeded at ripping off the bar end.

The remainder of the screw is stuck in the handlebar. Turns out the screw managed to rust itself into the bar and is dead stuck. Time to tap into it.

Impact driver. A slight tap and the screw is loose. Very easy, takes about 2 seconds.
