noisey chain!

I do not know if its in my head, but I think I am hearing my chain get louder??
is this because the chain is getting loose?
also it is loose again so I need to tighten again.
i do use the bike daily driver and had to tighten it 1 month ago.
bike has too much torque! 16/42 gearing.

Are you lubing a warm chain at least every 400 miles or so and keeping it fairly clean? Noisy chains are more likely to be dry, dirty (gritty) or misaligned.

I think a little of both, you should be cleaning lubing chain every 300 to 400 miles and checking chain slack I don't know.... a lot. I do it every other week since I use my baby as a daily driver as well.

Do you still have the original chain. How many miles? It may be time to replace it with a better quality chain like an EK ZZZ.

depending on what chain grease I use the chain is actually louder after I clean it???

If you see any rust looking stuff leaking past the o-rings....Chain is Toast.. teeth hooked on the rear sprocket?? Danger Danger....Replace asap... A bad chain and sprockets can kill you...no joke!!!!

I did spray the chain last night and this morning riding it
i did not hear it
