New Seat Belt Law

The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly designed seat belt. Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45% when the belt is properly installed. Correct installation is illustrated below.......

Us rednecks have known about this one for years. Also have 2 other alternatives. If you have a truck you just toss her back there and for everyone else, duct tape costs about .69 cents a roll and after the first couple times of having to rip it off will no longer be needed
