My 04 did it when new, for about 4000 miles or so...Never jam it into gear if it does this, reapply clutch and then shift it. If not you will bend shift forks...1-2 shift missing, not good, only takes a couple of those and your getting a new tranny...BTW my false neutrals went away about the time I switched to Motul oil
