liscense plate mount on the exhaust?

I was just curious where u guys are getting these mounts.. I seen a guy the other day he had the plate right above the right side exhaust where it bolts on to the bike..

That sounds like he is mounting it off of the rearset/exhaust mount. There are several site sponsors that sell this kind of mount.

Yeah that what Im looking for nothing really fancy just a black one I found one on ebay here. I think that the one I can mount of the rear passenger peg?
