Laminar Touring Lip?

Just curious if anyone has used this on the 2k8 Busa and get some feedback. I like the option of easily adding some wind blockage for touring while being able to quickly remove it for sport riding.

The Laminar lip is a disaterous. I tried and found that:
- The wind protection is questionable.
- Massive wind noise.
- The bike tends to want to stay up right in corners which is very scary.

I have a hard time believing this part. If it's true than my FJR wouldn't be able to corner at all. It does just fine with a proper pilot.

Yeah, not sure I buy that either.. but I can imagine the design would make a lot of noise..

pretty ugly. why not just grab a zero grav touring screen and call it good? i've seen one in person on a k9, looked fantastic. i almost wish i'd bought the touring screen rather than the double bubble.

It is pretty ugly, but being able to quickly switch shield profiles sounds nice as well. I will probably wind up getting an MRA Vario Touring screen..

I read a few reports that it is very noisy and the wind protection isn't really good.. not worried about looks myself.
