I just ordered a new one right from Yosh. If you are in the least bit mechanically inclined. You can drill out the rivets and replace it with a new one. Theres an instructional video on thier site as well. Carbon fibre can/sleeve is about $155. Idunno if thats a route you wanna take but it's an option. Good luck
