Depends. Mine has the comp werkes. There are a lot cheaper ones that do the same thing. Some people do the vert mount on the axle which I'm gonna do when I get my arm cause the tag won't fit with some stretch.
There were a few in classifieds, greg@hpc had a few and tobefast.com had some as well.

Im lowered all the way down and its awesome.

the bad points

it scrapes
i can only take my small kids on rides now= no more adult passengers
it looks like it wants to tip over to the right while on kickstand because it virtually stands up straight now


good points

im way flat footed and bent kneed and is way more stable when stopped
it looks awesome
it feels better when Im riding


i always lower my bikes and you have to take the good with the bad

and my bike is bad

I put my aprilia down just over 4.8inch! on the front and 4 on the back...

Made the top speed 4mph faster!! lol

but had to wheelie over speed humps, as there are alot here!!!!!

ok my last question is i bought the links on ebay for like 13 bucks and they are T-7 double chromed aluminum and look and feel strong as hell should i be concerned about them being "cheap" or did i just get a good deal
