Housing Market Is Killing Me

My Wife & I moved to Austin about 3 months ago. Of course the week we close on our new house the real estate market takes a big dump. Making 2 house payments is killing me, so I have to sell. First her track bike, now mine. We still have my Busa & her 600RR, but this sucks. Posted in the for sale section.

Yeah the housing market will do that to you, especially with the dollar falling on its face.

before we got married we took 2nd mortgage for our new place and bought it then it took 7 mos. to sell her house to pay it all off... and lost 30k on appraised value from market.
