Where is the best place to tuck away the license plate but to where it is still legal?

Check your state for laws, some states use vague laws to make sure you can never use the words "tuck away" or "hide " in the installation process of the plate 
Flat horizontal swingarm or rear foot peg brackets seem to be the least ugliest way to put the those dam ugly mandatory plates on

I had mine on hung from some wire that ran between the 2 last push pin holes. Sittin still it just hung nice and legal, if you were goin fast enough to attract attention the wind flipped it up.
