i have a mccullough set up low beam only. the dealer tried to install it today and was unable to do so. he said that the bulb just didnt fit. he said it rattled around. the bulb size i have is h7. is this correct for an 08? anyone else have any problems on install? thanks

You will need to install a washer of some type to make it tight.

I made this out of a chair felt pad.

If the dealer still has it tell them to put a washer between the spring and the bulb.

Was this their first install?

'Tis true..... this H7 HID bulb had been in two different Blackbirds and one Yamaha R1 for a combined 140,000 miles. And it's been in my K8 for just about 10,000 miles now:
