First off, I did read the how to. I followed all the steps, but here's what happens: I go to the browse, find the picture, double click. Picture location goes into browse window. Hit "Post New Topic", or "Post Reply". Now it seems as though it's uploading, but it takes several minutes. (about 5-7) Then it kicks me out to the main message board page, post not posted. It's a jpg file, but I guess I'm just not smart enough to figure it out. Has this happened to anybody else? Can anybody help? Thanks in advance for your time.

Having problems myself, talked with a tech at work about my problem, she tried it on this site...no problem, she put up a sensored pic tho had to remove quick. Found out my p.c. is as old as dirt..will be getting a new one soon..she wont talk to me until i get a new p.c. LOL
Taking my camera to work tomorrow and get some pics. posted, will ask more questions about your problem, I had same problem. Good luck.

ok guys...real simple stuff.

If the pics are in your Comp, there are two ways to post your pics:

Method # 1
Scroll to the bottom of this page. See that white box on the bottom? The one with all the smilies at the bottom of it? Look at the gray border on top of said white box. Now look to the left. See that button? The one that says "Browse..."?

Click that button. It'll open up a new window with a folder selection. Simply open the desired folder and then click on the desired pic. Hit "open" on that smaller window and voila....you have your pic. Type in your post in the white box and hit the "Quick Post" button. You're done.

The pic, however, must be less than 200kb in size. You can find out the size by right-clicking on the pic and going to "Properties". Look for "File Size". It'll show you there. Edit accordingly.

Method # 2
After the last post, you'll see a gray border. Underneath this border you'll see three options: "Add Reply" , "New Topic" , and "New Poll".

Click on "Add Reply". Refer to the picture if you're gettin a little lost.

You'll now be taken to a new page. The attached picture shows a part of what you should be seeing.

Click the button denoted by the red circle. A small window will open up with a folder or destination selection. Click on the folder, then double-click on the pic. It is now attached. Type in your post, click the "Post" button and you're done.

Again, be sure that the file is NO LARGER than 200kb.

IF THE FILE IS ON YOUR WEBSITE:

Click on the "Add Reply" Button at the bottom of the page. Click the button denoted by the purple circle. It'll bring up a window asking for the http address.

Put in the http address, click "Ok" and then type your reply. Hit the "Post" button. You're done.

What Pac said will do and you can use photoshop to decrease the size of the file. Any questions about photoshop just ask and i will help.

Maybe it is too big, 1.31MB? I don't know, but a magabyte sounds bigger than a kilobyte. Again, I'm not very smart. Any help??

dude, you got a busa
youre smart in my book
you, and i, just aint very comp. literate, or just dont have the patience to learn or figure it out
some things are just easier if somebodies in the same room and showing you:;):

Yeah, 1.3 MB is too big...size it down and you shouldn't have any issues...

Thanks to Pac for the instructions up there
