Guys and gals,check the big rivets that hold your rotors together, I discovered that the left one is very lets say "loose" glad I have a spare! Never seen this before, they ususally get trashed for running the pads after too much wear, or they warp, but I guess anything is possible. NJ.
 
Thanks for the info, NJ. Not something I usually on a pre-flight check. Probably have to start taking a look when I get back and start ridin' again.
 
Well... they are floating disks... but they aren't supposed to float that much!!

Thanks for the heads up. Don't think I really ever pay that much attention to that area before going out on a ride.
 
Got my spare put on the day, the mechanic said he'd been at the dealership 5 years, this wat the first rotot he's seen like this,I'm like RSD: "WTF is next?" NJ out.
