head shake

my 03' seems to get head shake or wobble on decel only and its only when I am cosating down or using rear brake with no hands on bars slowing for a stop as it comes down to around 35 - 50 and does not do it at high speed and does not do it when you get lower than 35 or so , it drives it self through it and dont do it all the time ,any suggestions?? front tire is worn some, a little choppy and rear is a new shinko stealth suspension settings have not been messed with , only recent work was I put the tire on .

I have a 04 mine did the same thing ,it turned out to be the front tire,it had just a little bit of uneven tread beacase of low air pressure.
