before you buy anything,post a picture of the ground off teeth part.
take your starter clutch turn it to the left it should spin freely,turn it to the right it should lock..
the way you test it is when you turn it to the right to the lock postion wiggle it with a light rocking action if it slips by the lock position,replace it...
