Hacked lowering links... Need help ASAP

Just picked up barely running 2005 Hayabusa out of someones front yard...
. Long story short, runs... Now...
Continuing to go thru the bike and fix things that were hacked together, and found lowering links installed. The third or last eyelet is touching the frame.
It looks scandalous AF.
I'm trying to find how the stock setup is supposed to be.

Need to know if I cut the last eye or install the link to the through bolt or what...

I would just buy a used stock pair on ebay
1999-2007 rear suspension(and most of the rest of the bike)are the same.

 
Welcome aboard. I agree with @sixpack577, throw those in the trash and get some OEM used ones on eBay. If you are lucky enough, you can get a shock with all those parts still attached for cheap and get rid of that crusty shock as well. I bought a shock with all those lower components attached still for my gen2 for less than $100 on eBay several years ago.
