A lady a couple doors down got a new racing bike and she had never had a bike with the lock in shoes, she forgot how to disengage them and rode into her garage door...her husband showed me the dent in the door...good thing she was braking...
 
The less it weighs, the skinnier the tires, and the taller the seat...the larger the balls needed to ride it at speed.

Yes I have fallen off at the stop light 2 times damn cleats, after that you learn take your foot out before you stop

Always remind myself to fall into the side walk and not under the tyre of a big 55T truck
