Gen 1 breaking up in high rpm

Been going on for awhile one day riding the bike cut completely out and came back on immediately next day ran good now start braking up at 7k rpm wont let me past 130 holding back wont Rev I've drop tank cleaned it replace strainer on fuel pump which was a little dirty check coils resistance read 1.5 all of them check tps sensor clean Shaft on kickstand check battery volts replaced spark it just riding like poop now

If you cleaned both parts of the pump, and the screen, and it was 'a little dirty', then the next thing that I would do is test the fuel pump, and clean the fuel injectors.
The injectors have tiny screen filters in them, and they easily clog up.
Your symptoms are classic fuel delivery problems.

I figured cause I'm not get no f1 light so figured it's a fuel problem

Maybe drain the tank and wipe it out so there's no residue and then refuel to get a baseline....

That way you can rule out the fuel.....

Any aftermarket programmers on it?

Bike stock tuned from ecu tank is completely cleaned

Could be the fuel pump crapping out under a heavy load.....

How's the battery voltage and how's the voltage while running?
