FUEL PUMP AND THROTTLE HANGING -UP???

I just picked up my bike from the dealer, I dropped it off there 2 weeks for the wheel bearing and a few other checks. If it isnt one thing its another,the wheel will be covered, but the fuel filters were removed cleaned and replaced they were changed less than 1000 miles ago and already crap in there. OK so I take it for a quick spin to gas up, pullinto the gas station and the RPM's stick up for a few seconds blip it again a little higher and it hangs even more. Get a little gas and head back home alittle pissed, now it stays up while shifting. Could this be something in the fuel pump ( o-ring maybe) or the PC2. Any ideas or experience with this. Oh it also sounds a little different like buzzier and down on power.

Always go in to a dealer in a stock mode due to trying to figure out a problem is hard enough with out some aftermarket jetting to throw things off.If it still does it in stock mode then you have a warranty problem and should be covered.
I would have not gone home but back to the dealer and say "hey it ain't right"
