Frame sliders

For those who have frame sliders installed which do you think is best. Do you think the ones with seperate base and cap or the single piece are better. I should have installed at purchase but better late than never.

I would go with the seperate base. I have a set from vortex like that. Its nice because if the puck gets damaged you can just swap it out instead of replacing it all. I would recommend that. They look REALLY good to.

I have a set of Motovation sliders and am happy so far just becasue I haven't had to test them. They are a 1 piece design with a steel insert and built really well as far as I can tell!
