Forks take apart questions

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to take the the forks apart to send it out for chroming what all i would need to do is it hard 2002 hayabusa.how much fork oil i would then need to put back what parts i would need to replace after ect ect thank you

An impact wrench makes forks easy to take apart.
Buy 2 quarts of fork oil, as both forks combined should take just over 1 quart to fill before you syphon off the tops.
5w is stock, or you can use 7w or 10w if you prefer the feel of thicker oil.
Good time to change springs if you're a heavy guy.
Oil and dust seals, and might as well replace the o-rings on the caps and the washers on the bottom bolts.
Make sure the inner upper tube and outer lower tube are not scarred or worn unevenly.
