Fork seal quality

The seals leak a new time..I changed them 3 years ago, last year in winter and a new time this year when it as cold. I saw this morning a new leakage on the right fork :-( . There is no scratch on the inner tube. It seems a little used (70Mkm) but I don't think It could be the reason why. Perhaps the bushings but that would mean the 3 are out. So could you please indicate your references of SKf seals and also for the bushing to repair the outer tube

I used the same seals when I put my hyper pro stuff in my front end. The black plastic washer is part of the kit from SKF. I did not use it in mine at all. I put a bit of grease inside the fork seals and mine accumulates dirt around the area because of the grease. But, I don't have any issues with leaking. So maybe the sweat can be mistaken for that if they used grease between the seals. I noticed this more as I have had to commute on my bike since last thursday for work/errands. Because, I am getting a new clutch installed on my sentra.
