Why major cities have those beltways...get that hazmat stuff out of town!

He was taking the exit off of 70 on the north side of Indy and getting onto 465 which IS the Hazardous Materials route. HZMT vehicles are not allowed to take 70 or 65 through town. He was in the right place when he lost control.

Thanks to some quick acting heros this guy was evacuated from his vehicle before it fully exploded.
