Dent in exhaust header

I found a small dent in my AH header where it bends under the bike . Any one got a trick to take it out short of cutting it apart?

Short of replacing it, I don't think it can be fixed. (easily)

FWIW, I have seen some that were pretty smashed and it did not affect the bike, even on a dyno!

You could if it really bothers you drill a hole in it, pull it out and then weld up hole. Or weld a tab onto it and use tab to pull dent out.
Or just leave it alone because its most likely not affecting anything

tail pipe expander work???

I was going to try a 12" inner tube and put some airpressure and torch to it.

the other option is to cut the pipe stretch it and have a machine shop re-weld it.

tried something new today and it worked as well as i could have asked...i had a fairly significant dent/bend in one of my HMF mid-pipes...they no longer make this exhaust and all efforts to find a replacement failed (btw GoldenChild, thank you so much for all of your efforts and time...

I ended up pulling the pipe off, made some round wood blocks and drove them in to pull dent out
