COULD I WIN A LAWSUIT?

Unbelievable. Think of a better scam to try and make money. This idea of yours blows. Just go to work like the rest of us and earn a decent living. Maybe next time, ask em for a cup of coffee and pour it on your crotch. Then sue them for having hot coffee.

Problem with taking orders from a person you feel is "Lesser" than you according to the temp agency remark ??

Maybe your attitude has something to do with the way you get treated ??

What's the matter with getting a job through a temp agency anyway ??  A job through a temp agency is way better than no job at all, and there are lots of those jobs that turn into permanent hire positions with the company..

   As far as the lawsuit goes ?? Forget it....

   Walk a mile in a CO's shoes before you judge them. I would never condone a violation of the law unless it was an emergency situation, but as far as alleged rude behavior or being treated in a way you don't like ?? Welcome to the real world. They get treated like shid every day they go to work. They live with the fact that they may be killed or seriously injured every day they go to work. They know that the security procedures they relax on today might get them or a fellow CO killed tomorrow. Bottom line is, if you don't like the way you may be treated in a prison, ask to be taken off that route or better yet try to develop an atmosphere of mutual respect with them and try to be a little more understanding of what they go through... My  

WELL I DO ADMITT AS FAR AS I KNOW MOST THOSE GUARDS ARE HIRED THRU TEMP SERVICES ECT.I HAD TAKE A LOT OF TESTING ECT 2 GET MY JOB AS FARS THEM SHOWING ME THE DOOR (GATE IN THIS CASE)i WOULD THANK WHOEVER DID IT.I would still make the same i even asked them 2 try diffrent gas company.My supervisor + another employe was banned from there 4 having words with guards.They sent me cause more mature but i dont like it ether.I treat people with respect and ask the same.Heres the prob im a contracter not a inmate but they talk 2 me the same.
I dont have a boss @ work get my deliverys thru hand held computer so none of us are used 2 getting bossed about.Im on the fence with telling boss (he is out of state) not going back.I have deliverd 2 lots of buisnesses+residentials never a problem.The prison isnt who I bill its the state.About $25,000 a WEEK.THEY SEARCH THE HECK OUT OF ANYBODY THAT GOES IN INCLUDING LAW ENFORCEMENT.mY PROBLEM WAS THEM SEARCHING ME IN THE YARD IN FRONT OF INMATES.

If you are inside the prison you are subject to search, end of story. If you have a problem with that, I suggest that you don't go back.

Nobody else from our company will go there so

they will have get new company.The last guy that was going quit because they got in his face.HE had to extend his arms 2 prevent them from getting closer.I could also let there service go 2 hatties that might do it also.

I would agree with this.  These "temp agency sub-prime wanna-be's" you refer to, have to handle the
worst kind of criminal scum bags you would ever want to meet and although you may be chummy with some inmates
that have lesser crimes and sentances, this does not change that demonstrable fact.
Someone has to do this job, wouldn't you agree? Imagine having to stay there 8 hours a day for years on end as a job,
constantly on the edge, dealing with human refuse that HATES you regardless of who you really are.
Respect is not inherant as well.  It must be earned and shown by both parties for it to work.

Try this stratagy on and see if it helps the process out:
1.  Have all the neccessary paperwork and badges in order and ready to present.
2.  Organize your vehicle in a fashion that is easier to search or inspect.
   (make their job easier and faster)
4.  Try to anticipate their wants and needs when you deliver there.  Don't take it personal.
3.  Smile!  yeah...sounds cheesy, but it works.  

As far as your Lawsuit goes.  Dude, your ego gets hurt when you visit, that's all.  Welcome to life.  

I did that had take all tools out of truck no tools allowed no cell phones not over $40 in cash.SAd thing is im the 1 they sent 2 fix things.Does take bit-o-nerve sometime i have over 100 inmates walking past me.They think im #1 they gestured that 2 me last week.I dont respond 2 gestures or words and dont make eye contact.They like 2 stare at people.

I think some guys here prob have to suckup to a boss ect thats not my case.Im the one calling the shots on the prison.I have lasted longer there than the 3 b-4 me.

Shure the prison might prefer a young boy that takes orders not unlike a good trained dog.heres what they dont understand (but my boss does) our insurance company would rather have the old guy with 100,000 miles a year 4 last 10 years with no tics or incidents that junior doing it.I know the hazmat rules the truck has go inside few tight corners lots people around+ few thousand gallons gas on.Thats why they put there ace drivers on it.truck has be locked every time get out or guards will freak.Let them put a rookie in there.I didnt make it 2 top of my field 2 put up with disrespect.I have never had probs on road with full grown bears or diesel bears.least I know 2 check the eso on the tanker i know get those wheel chocks down fast.

this aint like pizza delivery or newspapers 1-mistake you buy the farm.

If you're calling the shots and you want money, sounds like you just need to renegotiate the fee for going in there. Add a "hazardous duty" premium to the pay rate on those days you go there.

If they strip searched you, then absolutely you have a case. I actually won mone in a simular class action lawsuit against 3 New Hampshire jails. I was held over night in one of them in the early ninetys when I had gottena DUI at Laconia weekend. They strip searched me naked! They were NOT supposed to do this for anyone satying over night.
The mistake they made is that they did the same thing to a youung woman and she got a lawyer. This is how the class action was formed.
I think I got about 2800.00 out of millions of dollars in the suit. Aparently, they were doing it to everyone.

no they said something about it but didnt but they always do the search in a little room.@ the sallyport thats what they call entrance gates @ prison.

I told guard he would need help 2 do that just kinda jokeing with him.

One of our boys is banned from there 2 others refuse 2 return.

I guess i could tell boss I got my feelings hurt to.

Man is it a depressing place to deliver to.

You can sense the hate in the air as you enter.

When they run the track some will drop do like 100 pushups then start back.When they get 2 steps they do stepups

Some of them work out with over 300lbs wouldnt want 2 mess with some of those boys.

Smallclaims court is not jury just judge

I know because i sued my last employer cost $50

to file.I lost my case but represented myself (thats why i lost) however they spent over $500 on a lawyer so who really lost?
