I'm trying my luck at embedding video. Not sure if this is going to work but I've got to start somewhere. This is a little video I made back in 2006 with a helmet camera called "Cotton Fields".

Where are you hosting it ? If you go to the video forum you just paste the URL, on embedding from U Tube you have to remove everything but the vid specific data.
