Busa shuts off

My 2007 busa starts and runs fine until the engine comes up to temperature. Then it shuts off like I turned the key off and won't start back until it's cool again. Any advice?

I once had this problem on a ZX-9R, long time ago. It was the temperature sensor, wich shuts up the engine to prevent overheating. Was not much fun in the city, at the moment the standart temperature was shown on the dash "bang engine out", and only starts again when the engine was cold enough.

I have a 2000 Gen 1 (ish) and Ive owned it for a month and those bloody stick coils are my drama while at cruise 120kmph she behaves itself but two red lights I can here her skip a beat at idle and off it goes ...wait 25-40 min and it fires straight up....keep the wind thru her feathers she flys all day

Test resistance with multi metre ....can't get bike into shop for 4 weeks so I'm on my own....hope that helps?

Have a look at tip over sensor my 2000 was doing the same thing ....or side stand proximity switch....good hunting
