Cape, Poplar Bluff, Sikeston, 3 hours below St. Louis. I hope that gives you some idea, if you don't know from there then it is going to be way to far to drive just to take a ride.

Bootheel isn't a town, its what we call this general area, it looks like a boot heel an the bottom right if the state of Missouri.
