Well for my first time out i was hoping for anything in the 10's.  My busa didn't let me down:
best pass of the night was .0054 react, 1.78 60 ft, 6.84 @107.7 1/8th, and 10.47 @ 135.01 quarter.

Completely stock, rider weighs 230 pounds, 11.23s 1/4 at Santa Pod, UK. My first try at dragging, the bug has bitten!!

04 LE Busa. Stk motor, Stk clutch(brocks welded hub/spring spacers), stk arm, 16/40 gearing, stk o-ring chain, shinko 003 w/ 22#'s, lowered in rear, tubes pulled/strapped up front, 45psi in stk front tire, stk exhaust(cans/mid-pipes removed), stk airbox(flapper still functional), BMC race filter, 87 pump, stk ecu, no weight added, foot shifting. 185# suited rider.

BTW, John Poor's ZX-14 ran 5.95 @ 121mph in Kennedale, Tx. I think he's been 6.02 or so in Abilene. I believe that John Choat's ZX-14 has run the quickest pass for a stk motored/no bar bike in Abilene with a 5.97 @ 118mph in the West Texas heat and bad air.

Very close. Same bike/same rider(with a 5 more passes under his semi-large belt) with the addition of MR-9 ran 8.99 @ 150mph. 1.425 60', 3.771 330', 5.760 @ 122.58 1/8 and a .014 R/T.

Hey, didja win Street ET? I know you came a VERY close 2nd in Pro-ET for the year! Congrats!

I won it. Mr. Choat was gracious enough to take out the point leader in round 2. I went on and lost in round 5. I had a great reaction time, 60, and 330'. I think I lost the clutch. Time was off 2.5 tenths and didn't feel right. I was running Phil Yates and he even asked me what happened, he though he was going to the trailer by the 330'. Lost a fuse in the logger so, I don't know for sure.

Jimmy took me out in round 3 with a .002 package. He had a .001 reaction and ran a 9.931 on a 9.93. Impressive, that is the reason he won this years championship"¦. Runs like that.. I think I ended up 4th in Pro E/T. Major won it and went from 4th to 2nd. I'd expect that from last years champ. I was a half round of points behind Dan.

Thanks!

The fan club was an unruly bunch but they were dedicated to the cause! It was pretty cool going to the ticket booth to pick up my run slips and seeing everyone there. Looked like a good time on that end! Likely distracted some of the competition during the day!

What is the altitude....better yet the corrected altitude... during your runs?

Corrected oops - I really would NOT expect much more than 140-141 out of it. What gearing are you using? It needs to be geared toward peak HP for max mph on the run. About a 16/42 should be close. 16/43 if it continues to MPH in the 136-137 range.
