I'm sorry...:bowdown:

Man starts two threads asking for help.
Asked what bulbs to order for HID install.
We give it to him.
Most paid no attn to signature or yr of bike and provided or confirmed wrong bulb size for him.
I being one led him down the wrong path.

Now he's sitting at home bike torn all apart and ready to spit lead with wrong bulb !
Nobody would scream louder than I.
In fact I think I heard a faint scream this morn from New Hamsphire...

To their credit GIXERHP and MIKE1180 provided correct info.



Again sorry BP...hope its a cold wet and rainy cant ride day in NH cuz if you were in SoFla you would really be pissed......

May be you put the wrong link in your post or something:whistle:
 
Some people(me) have signatures disabled for personal preference. I would have to ask what year or make sure I post it...just saying :whistle:

I posted link to my thread which contained genII info not looking at his sig.
Some others confirmed this as correct is all.
I led everyone off the cliff...:laugh:

Credit was given to those who gave correct info.


I think somehow we need to make a thread that shows diffs and similarities between GenI and GenII mods .
A thread that says which bulbs for which bike along with what levers , pipes , seats and all things WITH ABSOLUTE CORRECT AND VERIFIED SPECIFIC PART #s would help ?

As I have said I place no blame and no apology needed...no worries here.
It is all a learning experience.

I got the bike down for a number of other mods and the weather sucks here for another month at least before she will she pavement, so no rush to get the HIDS done, just want to get it right.

Thanks to all for the input, right or wrong I still have the highest regard:bowdown: for you guys.
Gezum, It's just a $10 bulb, of which I have quite a few extras of if anybody wants or needs a H1 or H9 free!
