I come from a Military family and served in the first Gulf War as a Cavalry Scout and have lost friends... What I have learned... The friendships we make while serving can be fleeting or long lasting. Alive or dead we hold these people in our hearts and souls and they live through us. And while we may not think of them everyday. We know they are with us... a part of us...
God bless.
I'm very sorry to hear of any and all who die over there. My neighbor's grandson is a Marine serving in Iraq now. I say a prayer for him and all daily. From an ex-Seabee, my condolences.
My condolences for you, His family, Devil and his Friends' Family and all others that have had to grieve due to this situation in the middle east. May the departed rest in peace and may their families receive consolation from above.
