This does not relate to bike products. Just had pretty positive experience with them over the last couple of years.

I ordered TPMS for two cars and the trailer (well, the trailer is for the bike so it does relate to bikes after all, LOL) more than a year ago and warranty is no longer valid, and after having some issues I called them up and they are sending the replacement anyway. And the other time I called, the tech spent some time with me on the phone figuring out my issues and also sent me the new sensors.

Seems like the company tries to make their customers happy.
