This guy explains them pretty well and your pics should show something like these. The color of the electrode (the center) and its distance or gap to the ground electrode (the hook at the end) also tells you the condition.

Bought my B King back in 2015 and it now has 25K miles on it and I never replace the plugs. The Book says every 7.5K so I better get to it lol !
