Granted im brand new, but i think with my mods i should hit 170 ive seen 175 with my mods.
With internal engine work, there is no way for 170's!
Also, you need to run 87 octane for fuel, as well as have the bike tuned, on a dyno, instead of a generic map!
Think the hard part is finding someone that really knows how to tune an tune for your riding style.
What does that mean? You don't tune for riding style. You just lean / richen the fuel for the proper AFRs and ignition timing. It's a mechanical device.
Why wouldent you tune for riding style? They make maps from high mpg to peak hp #s. Which near as I can tell thats what everyone wants as they go from dyno to dyno tryn for a higher hp#.
I made 175 with full exhaust and airbox mods.
