New career path?

So a there is a gallery that wants to see a sample of my photography for a local artist section. Admittedly it would be more of a side thing but I'm really hoping they like my work and want to show it. It's definitely one of those dream jobs for me that seems as rare as winning the lotto.

Anyone on here in the photography field that wouldn't mind giving a little advise?

Anyway I could ramble on but I just posted because I'm pretty excited.

I will post something when I get home after work. Keep in mind due to copywrite laws most of my work is scenery, nature, and abstract. Cant sell my photos of racing events, certain locations, and labels (cars bikes or anything recognizable)
