Looking at picking up a B King... ABS question

Exactly what I need thank you! As far as riding with ABS, I've read conflicting information. Can you still do burnouts, endos, pull a wheelie, etc.? I'm not looking to do anything crazy, but I will drag race it occasionally. I just sold my turbo busa, so traction loss is not unknown...

Looking at picking up a B King... ABS question

I've got a lead on a solid bike, but I'm trying to figure out if it has ABS, and the owner doesn't know. Is there anything easy I can specifically ask him to look for to tell if it does or not? Also, would it say on the title or can you tell by the VIN? Secondly, if it does have ABS, I read...

    E85??

I went with 1000cc injectors because the ID1000s flow excellent and atomize very well - this fuel system is VERY overkill for the power I'm making right now. My current fuel system is good to at least 500rwhp. I figured since I was building it myself and I have the ability to control them...

    E85??

I made a whole writeup on my e85 build not too long ago and posted it elsewhere, I might as well paste it here too :) For those of you still on the fence on e85, here's some "stage 1" data. This is from my stage 1/standalone build I'm doing on my gen 1. The setup: 2005 Hayabusa, 100%...

Anyone ever dyno a bike on a Dynojet 248

Wow, I'm surprised, it must have been tough to engage the clutch fully and get it started, that's a big heavy roller for a little bike to turn. Load bearing light-weight rollers are wonderful! I use a Dyno Dynamics car dyno with zero issues.

    which oil to use

Did you use the 5w40 synth rotella or the 15x40 dino stuff?

    which oil to use

Smithabusa, why did you switch from the rotella to the Mobil 1? And what clutch setup are you using, just stiffer springs? Everyone has different thoughts on the matter, and when I searched for this I took Simthabusa's advice and used the mobil 1 in mine :) Seems like the issues is additives...

    5x8 enclosed trailer

Thats a good idea. The 5x8 or 6x10 trailers, are they typically 5x8 inside or out? Meaning, is there 5' by 8' of actual storage? I could tape up my garage floor to test that part of it. I was googling around and I can't seem to find typical measurements for the outside either - i.e. maximum...

    5x8 enclosed trailer

Its kinda hard to explain, it is not paved, its to the left side of the house, and there are rocks down on the ground. Directly to the left of the driveway (directly in front of where I want to park the trailer), there is a 10'-12' tall "pine-looking" tree, so I have to maneuver the trailer in...

    5x8 enclosed trailer

the way the area next to the house is laid out, there is no direct path to back it up there; trees, etc., makes it difficult to determine just by measuring. I have already determined that a 6x10 would fit, but I won't be able to physically get it there. Since I'm in the middle of the...

    5x8 enclosed trailer

Its about time to purchase an enclosed trailer to haul my toy back and forth from the track. I have a relatively small place next to my house to store the trailer when I'm not using it, and I don't think I could maneuver a 6' wide trailer back there. My question is, how comfortably will a...
