Hate to dig up a old thread but I've had a 330 on mine for about four years now and wanted to get another alienhead, my last busa had it but was stock rear end. Im concerned with the clearence. Have you had any problems on your setup?

Well now more good stuff, the exhaust on the left wants to go through the middle of the chain too. Don't see any way around it other then converting to a single sided. Just so happens I've got a spare stock exhaust header so I'm cutting the left cadillac out and punching out the stainless steel...

So I just received my roaring toyz 330 osd kit. I'm planning on bolting it on myself and have it all planned out I think. Except one piece. There is a 6 1/4 inch long aluminum piece of 1/2 inch pipe that I'm not positive what it is. I think it's maybe a spacer for the bearings or something but I...

What are the two bolts you have holding the lower to the top in the rear? Those are not the stock ones, are they smaller? And it looks like the one on the left is in a new hole not the original one... ???

Hey sweet writeup i started mine basically going off the gen 1 method then got stuck when the bottom of the cowl was hitting after i made the cuts in the top :poke: . Didn't think of cutting such big parts out of the bottom though im going to try it today

Thanks guys, I just picked up a 08 and drove it home in the rain at night. Both lights were almost 10 feet in front of the bike. I havent adjusted them yet, going to wait until dusk to start
