Dumped it this morning.

You know....I ride with cruiser people,(no Busa yet) and cruiser people really believe in that mystic BS, you know, crossbones, skulls, bells. I believe that 60-70% of those that have the "bells" have gone down within 6 months of installation. I wouldn't have a da#n bell for anything.........I personally think they look a little "twinkletoes" to me.

I am glad you weren't damaged bodily......

Oh, nearly forgot to mention. When I got to the restaurant for breakfast, I took the bell off, tossed it to my buddy and said, "Here, you can have this thing back."

Ultimately, it was tossed in the trash can somewhere. :D

I have yet to install my twinkle toe bell I got from Ted.. :whistle:
 
As I recall, the Woodcraft Stator cover was $140 or so. The frame Sliders are about $60 or something.

The fairing, as I recall, is about $800 unpainted. Spending $200 saved me $800!
