ok all..I decided to do this via photoshop..its the 2006 Black Gen I tail on the new 2008 GenII O/B Bike...

the scale is the exact same and everything is lined up correctly..this is 99.9% correct had they released the bike this way...i personally like it with the new updated look...

what do u all think?

To me,the Gen 1 tail looks better on the Gen 2. It might even look better to some with a different aftermarket undertail/light.

On my Gen1 I could stuff a 2.5lb Noss jug in the hump . Looking inside the hump on my Gen2 it looks like there is no room .I will miss my old hump

May work with a smaller bottle though .
