Yoshimura RS-3 or Muzzy's

Okay, I've read all the threads and have basically narrowed my choices down to one of these two bolt on exhaust systems. I basically want to stay with the dual exhaust look so I am going with bolt ons. Just want a better look and sound than stock exhaust. Looking for that deep racing exhaust sound. Appreciate all help

Get the Akro's!!! Sound is awesome and the look is perfect. Fit and finish is second to none.

I'll look into those. I'd like to hear a set on a busa first and see what they sound like.

At idle they are very deep, rumbly until about 4000 rpm, then they start to howl, by 9000 they are screaming. I will try to figure out a sound link.

I think they look nice on yours. From what you describe, definitely the sound I am looking for. Have a lot of things that I want to do to this one. Going to have to pace myself or I'll be single again.

I am in the same boat bud, I can't seem to stop buying stuff for this bike!   Next come wheels, rotors, and some tastfull carbon fiber touches like front fender, rear hugger, mirrors, and the small frame inserts below the inners.  I don't want to overdo it, just keep it looking classy.

I hear ya! New sportech windshield shows up in a couple of days with a tank protector and a shadeshifter kanki symbol for the windscreen. Next to come is a set of tobin seats. I've already lowered it 2 inches front and back. After the seats come the pipes. That's why I'm comparing now.......

Well I got the Yosh full system from a member here and I have to say it sounds and looks great.  I also did the airbox mod and I can feel it is pulling harder.

Hey rondaige, quick update, I had my bike dynoed with those Akro bolt-ons and the results were great. I can not give them a hearty enough recomendation. Also the PCIII USB is worth every penny and more. Good luck on your choice and keep us posted with pics!
