yellow bulbs

i'm wondering about those yellow bulbs that ,iceman is selling.
My question is.....
Can i replace my stock bulbs with those and NOT do anything else?
Or do i need to do that HID thingy?

its a direct replacement. Unplug stock white bulb. Replace with stock looking yellow glass bulb. Put it back into bike.
