I would also say it was done after purchase.Dealers road test bikes still,dont they? I wouldn't ruin my shops good name by allowing that onto the street.

That can be done with some motors but they will not run for long. It's a joke. Heck, listen to when he's calling out what gear he's in. The bike doesn't bog down at all when he's bumping the 4,5,6th gears. Ever tried to start in a higher gear?
I call BS on this.
 
I beg to differ. I had a Yamaha IT175 years ago and I sold it to these 2 brothers I went to school with. I SWEAR TO GOD they crashed it and after the fugger only ran in reverse. True story.
