Will a Front rim from a GSX750 fit a gen 1?

Wondering if any years are interchangeable.

Any info on the GSX750 rim, like outside bearing diameter greatly appreciated.

Any rim can be made to fit. You may need to change bearings and spacers which isnt all that difficult.. The Busa takes a 6205 front wheel bearing if that helps

Srad 600 and 750 wheels, as well as all Tl's, are a direct bolt on!
Any thing later needs spacers!
