Whooshing sound?

First off GenII 2011.

Haven't been out on the bike for weeks because of the weather, but been starting it up regularly to give it a warm up, it's on a battery tender.

Just started the bike up and not as first but after a minute or so, as it started to warm up, a sort of whooshing sound started to come from the right front of the bike.
This went away when I pulled the clutch in.

Do you think this is anything to worry about.
Any advice would be grateful.

Thanks Dave.

I just read this out to Lynne and she said you sound so formal, why don't you write like you talk you Cockney git.

Cold internals and oil. She kept outside or in a unheated garage?

Probably just the sound of Lynn traveling at hyper speed around your slow bumm....

I would say nothing to fret, especially if the noise stops when pulling in the clutch.

Maybe the thermostat opened up? If it still makes Vrroooom noises, no worries.

Thanks everyone.

Kept in a cold garage, I'll be glad when it gets warm so I can go ride.

Supposed to have snow at the weekend.:banghead:

No I didn't fart I'm to much of a Lady for that type of behaviour.

Is it the radiator fans kicking on? You're just sitting there idling? If not might be thermostat, make sure your radiator fluid is full.
