Who Still Makes The R1 Conversion Axles?

I just picked up a set of 2004-2006 R1 wheels for my first generation (2000). I need to find someone who mods/makes the front axle I need to make it fit.

Do the name Steve or Chaz Landers ring a bell? I was recommended to find either of them as they'd be able to help me out. Any help in the right direction is appreciated. I've read the name Chopleg in the past being one who also does them. Does he still do them?

If memory serves me correct Steve Landers is “Chopaleg”. That was his screen name on Psychobike forum I think??? Idk if he’s still on there cause that forum is a Ghost town. I bought an axle from Chop 6-7 years ago?? There was a big demand for em back then but I doubt he still makes em now??? Best bet is to go on Psycho and look thru classifieds and see if there’s 1 for sale or post a thread looking to buy 1

What's diff / advantage of R1 wheels versus like a gsxr 1000 swap etc?

Less rotational mass over stock wheels and the five spoke design looks better.
